Hertford Steak & Kidney is fully cooked and ready to eat. We start with tender beef, smother it in our traditional gravy and add delicious kidney to the mix. Ideal for mashed potatoes, baking in a pie or adding a puff pastry topper. Add to suet pastry for a warming pudding packed with flavour and protein.
